Format of top up command: CIGNAL (space) PIN (space) CIGNAL ACCOUNT # send to 5353.
Ano pong gagawin if na load na yung cignal with pin no. but ang sabi cannot be processed try again later and then nung inulit ko na po ang sabi error na kasi na claim na daw yung Pin no. kaso wala na naman pong confirmation saying loaded na sa client..
