Hi, I am from Davao. I am a TPC retailer. I have this problem na if magloload ako, hindi nararating sa customer yung load. Tapos, when I check my balance, na.less na yung load wallet ko. Plus, wala pa talaga akong matanggap na confirmation na nasend na yung load. So whenever I ask HELP sa gateway, they would normally ask the TRACE NUMBER, but hindi ko maibigay ang trace number kasi WALA NGA AKONG NATANGGAP NA CONFIRMATION TEXT... please help me with this. I am so annoyed. ang laki na ng lugi ko. :(

I am a retailer at ang gamit ko sa pagloload ay ang tpc app na dl ko sa appstore, ang bilis lng mgload at dna kelangan png itype ang gateway automatic na po. Kya lng npansin ko na hindi ito pinopromote ng tpc, bkit po kya..sana may sumagot from toc mismo.
